Infrastructure projects for road rehabilitation and construction require highly competent staff in the profession.
Transportation Engineering and Infrastructure Program with specialization Infrastructure Engineering is a professional bachelor program which is offered for the first time in Kosovo by the Tempulli Academy. The studies last three years or six semesters and require 180 ECTS points, after the successful completion of the studies the student gains the academic title of Professional Bachelor in “Transportation and Infrastructure Engineering” with specialization in Infrastructure Engineering.
The program aims to provide students with basic and specialized knowledge of damage assessment and the application of this knowledge in practice by establishing a strong link between theoretical knowledge and their qualification in practice.

The course enables students to become acquainted with words that produce knowledge, conflicts, understanding, actions, art. Words in texts, tables, programs, books, etc. Speaking skills. The course enables students to organize road and rail traffic. Fleet, travel, depreciation, profitability, economy, operating transportation costs. Revenue structure. Organizing the transport of goods and passengers. Types of expenses. Minimal cost method. Applying human resource methods in finding optimal solutions. Labor costs of means of transport. Security of traffic systems.
The course provides students with the basics of CAD program application (formats, standards), knowledge of CAD work tool, application, performance space space, orthogonal format, knowledge building in CAD applications (text input, quantization, progress tools etc.) drawing on non-flat surfaces and in 3D modeling etc.
The course enables students to understand the rules of road traffic, concepts, vehicles by categories, conditions for driving, gaining the right to drive, duties and responsibilities of traffic participants. Driving, culture and traffic, attention to traffic.

The course provides students with transportation technology. Defining transport technology as a system. Transport substrate as a subsystem of transport technology. Transportation needs. The course enables students to learn the analysis and evaluation of relevant alternatives for the development of the road traffic system (alternative corridors for main roads, the influence of relevant factors in traffic planning). In this course will be applied modern methods of movement planning. Introduces students to the basic concepts of road traffic planning and transport systems required for urban movement.

The course enables students to learn Vehicle Classification according to ECE, Vehicle Performance, Technical Characteristics, Wheels and Pneumatics, Power Transmission Process, Advanced Electronic System Process and Braking Systems.
The course enables students to learn Themen neu I and Themen neu II. Oral and written practice, conversation, grammar (preposition, past tense of verbs, adjectives - comparison of adjectives, past tense of regular verbs, active and passive voice, subordinating sentences). The aim of this course is for students to have knowledge of German literature and grammar.
The course enables students to learn the Types of drainage systems (surface and underground) and the analysis of problems solved by their construction. Mechanical-physical properties of soil required for drainage calculation. Methods for calculating vertical infiltration. Conditions for the application of underground drainage. Elements of underground drainage systems based on horizontal drainage of pipelines and classification according to provisions. The course enables students to learn plans, discounts, plans, substrates, design procedures.
