In this program, participants will gain knowledge on legal requirements, operational restrictions, packaging instructions, marking, labeling, documentation regulations related to the transportation of dangerous goods, acceptance and handling of dangerous goods shipments and related processes, always compliance with the latest ICAO and IATA (The International Air Transport Association) manuals, as well as local legislation for the transport of Dangerous Goods by air.

 

Training for the transport of dangerous goods by air is applicable to the competent national authority and is mandatory for all employees of the following categories:

 

• Shippers of goods;

• Freight forwarders;

• Ground handling service providers and cargo handling agents;

• Operators, and

• Training providers.

 

This training is mandatory for any organization, company or individual that provides services related to:

• Shipments of dangerous goods offered for air transport;

• Passenger and baggage handling.
