Active projects
Projects represent a fundamental component of the academic approach at Tempulli College, serving as a bridge between theoretical learning and real-world professional practice. Through hands-on project work, students are encouraged to apply classroom concepts to practical scenarios, gaining valuable experience that strengthens both their academic understanding and professional readiness.
These projects foster the development of essential advanced skills, including critical analysis, creative problem-solving, interdisciplinary teamwork, and effective academic and professional communication. By engaging in project-based learning, students broaden their perspectives, enhance their technical competencies, and cultivate the confidence needed to excel in their future careers.
International Conferences
International conferences provide invaluable opportunities for collaboration, networking, and the exchange of ideas across borders. They allow our institution and acdemic staff to showcase their work, learn from global best practices, and foster partnerships that can enhance academic and research pursuits. Engaging in these conferences can significantly elevate an institution's international profile and drive its mission forward.
Tempulli is continuously encouraged to publish and participate in national and international conferences, symposia or congresses with their work as this will be considered during their annual staff evaluation as well as promotion process.
The Academic staff participate in various international events like 27th World Road Congress in Prague, in Czech Republic during October 2023, Summit of Railway Excellence of the Western Balkans during February 2023.
Furthermore, Tempulli, in partnership with the Institute for Road Safety and Transport Research (part of Tempulli), annually organizes various international research conferences (mentioned above). During these events, Tempulli staff and students are encouraged to take part in, not only with a physical presence but with papers and presentation.

A Gateway to Academic Exchange and Professional Growth
Mobility is an integral part of the strategic vision of Tempulli College. By actively supporting the movement of students and academic or administrative staff, the College strengthens its international presence and builds long-term partnerships that enrich academic life. This regulation ensures that every mobility experience whether outgoing or incoming follows a transparent, supportive, and academically sound process.
Our Purpose
Tempulli College is committed to creating opportunities that allow individuals to study, teach, train, and collaborate across borders. The mobility framework aims to:
-
Expand exchange opportunities with reliable local and international partners.
-
Equip students and staff with clear, accurate information about available programs.
-
Guarantee the academic integrity of each exchange and ensure full recognition of ECTS credits completed abroad.
-
Offer continuous administrative support before, during, and after mobility.
-
Improve the quality of services through regular review and evaluation.
Mobility at Tempulli College is not only a logistical process, it is a transformative academic experience grounded in clear procedures and strong institutional support.
How Mobility Is Organized
A dedicated structure ensures that every participant receives the right information and guidance at each step:
Office for International Cooperation
The Office for International Cooperation serves as the central hub for all mobility processes. It publishes calls, communicates with partner institutions, guides applicants, and provides administrative documents throughout the exchange period.
Program Coordinator
The coordinator encourages participation within their department, selects candidates, and confirms the academic feasibility of each exchange. They play a crucial role in approving Study Agreements, ensuring ECTS relevance, and adapting curricula for incoming students. Additionally, they offer personalized support, helping students navigate requirements, complete documentation, and resolve challenges that arise before or during mobility.
Student Service
Student Service ensures that academic records, grade transcripts, and documentation are handled properly for both outgoing and incoming students.
The coordinator oversees the mobility process for staff members, maintains records, and ensures administrative compliance for teaching or training exchanges.
Student Mobility from Application to ECTS Recognition
Student mobility begins with an open call published by The Office for International Cooperation. Applications are evaluated using clear criteria:
-
50% academic merit
-
30% language proficiency
-
20% motivation
The selection process guarantees fairness and equal opportunities.
Once selected, students sign a Learning Agreement that outlines the subjects they will take at the host institution. This agreement, signed by the College Director or Coordinator, formally guarantees the recognition of ECTS credits earned abroad. Any changes to the agreement must be approved by both institutions to ensure academic consistency.
Students those receive Erasmus+ grants have their financial support coordinated directly through the Office for International Cooperation and the Finance Office.
Upon return, each student submits their documentation, transcripts, and an evaluation report within 30 days. Credit Recognition Committee reviews the completed courses abroad and formally confirms ECTS credit recognition. Student Service then updates the official academic transcript.
Staff Mobility Teaching and Training Abroad
Academic and administrative staff can also benefit from international mobility opportunities. After monitoring calls issued by The Office for International Cooperation or partner institutions, staff apply to relevant programs and complete necessary documentation in cooperation with their department.
Before departure, staff must ensure their regular duties are covered. Upon return, they submit an evaluation report and partner institution feedback to conclude the process.
The final selection of staff is based on institutional needs, professional development priorities, and available resources.
