Weekly activities are announced to mark the “World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims”

Minister of Infrastructure, Mr. Arban Abrashi, together with Mr. Jeton Rexhepi, Director of the Road Traffic Division of the Kosovo Police and Professor Muhamed Krasniqi, Director of Tempulli Academy, the weekly activities on the occasion of the “World Day for the Remembrance of Road Traffic Victims” are revealed to the media. “We are launching a one-week campaign related to the day of remembrance of road traffic victims, but also to prevent accidents. I appeal to all traffic participants to be attentive and careful not to become part of the statistics of deaths and injuries “, said Minister Abrashi.

 

Whereas, Jeton Rexhepi, Director of the Road Traffic Division in the Kosovo Police announced that there is a decrease in deaths from traffic accidents.

 

“We can say that this year is characterized by a decrease in accidents and a decrease in the number of accidents that have lost their lives,” said Rexhepi.

 

Professor Muhamed Krasniqi, said that every 24 seconds a person dies from traffic accidents. Professor Krasniqi asked the citizens to be careful in traffic and asked for support for family members who have lost their loved ones in accidents.

 

World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims will have a week of activities organized by Tempulli, the Ministry of Infrastructure, the Kosovo Police and AMRKS. The main message is the crashed car which is in “Zahir Pajaziti” square.
