Quality assurance office

The Quality Assurance Office (QAO) has been established by a decision of the SB. QAO establishment is fully based on Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area, European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education, Helsinki, 2005). All basic documents of the QAO derive from and observe the LHE, MEST subsidiary legislation, the KAA and the College Charter.

The responsible person for Quality Assurance (QA) is the head of the QAO, who works closely with the Dean at the central level and Department Coordinators for the level of members. Together, they promote the organization of an efficient QA system in the College. They are responsible for a regular annual quality review, and are responsible for implementation of correction measures. The Dean and the QAO have their QA Committees, comprising Staff and Student members. These Committees discuss all QA related matters, and propose solutions.

QAO is responsible for ensuring high quality learning, teaching, and research in College Tempulli curricula through development, improvement and continuous growth in College quality. These serve the College's vision to become a distinguished institution of higher education, and promoting development of graduates who contribute to development of local community.
