College "Tempulli" has a sufficient number of teaching staff (professors, assistants and instructors), administrative and technical staff, etc.


The selection of academic and administrative staff is done through competition. Following the publication of the competition, interested candidates apply for the announced positions. Admission tests and interviews are organized, narrowing the list of candidates for admission and finally the right candidates are hired based on their adequate qualifications and experience and skills demonstrated during the interview. This is done in order to make sure that the candidates meet the requirements and the recruitment is done as foreseen by the teaching and financial plans. A shortcoming of the staff hiring policy is the lack of a picture of individual workload needed and the possibility of relocating staff.
