The 4th International Conference ‘Safety – Key Challenges Towards Sustainable Transport and Mobility’

The College of Applied Technical Sciences “Tempulli” and Kosovo Association of Motorization “AMRKS’’, supported by IRU Academy, European Transport Safety Council – ETSC, Centre for Transport and Logistics ‘’Sapienza” - University of Rome and the Kosovo Forum for Road Safety, on 20 January 2017 organized the fourth international conference " Safety – Key challenges towards Sustainable Transport and Mobility ".

The Conference brought together all the stakeholders committed towards improvement of road safety and to the development of a comprehensive and shared approach to the problem, with the aim to exchange best practices in effective road safety action programs between local, regional and European institutions, and other stakeholders engaged in Transport and Road Safety issues.

Representatives of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Kosovo Police and Municipality of Prishtina attended at the opening works of the conference. Whereas, representatives of IRU Academy (Switzerland), La prevention ROUTIERE internationale-PRI (Morocco), Promotrans (France), European Federation of Road Traffic Victims (Belgium), Belgian Road Safety Institute (Belgium), University of Zagreb (Croatia), Polytechnic University of Tirana (Albania), Kosovo Police, OSCE,  Kosovo Forum for Road Safety, etc., provided their contribution and shared their experiences in various panel discussions.
